Overall, this is a very nice, original, 58 seat back bottom. The burlap on large springs is mostly rotted as cloth small springs.

Per the 1958 Gm parts manual, this is a one year only number. Vinyl has 2 tears long tear in the center, top section of back. Vinyl has 2 splits in the one on outer edge.
