Both of the brackets have surface oxidation and finish loss throughout, as well some spots slight rust see pictures.

This is a fairly good original seat belt reinforcement pair for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below. P/N LHS, Rh correct for Corvettes against door sill.

Both welded on nuts are firmly attached and appear to have good threads.

All holes for mounting are in good condition, but there some rivets that will need to be drilled out see pictures.

Both brackets appear to be in their factory shape, however some bending may required insure adequate fit.
