The springs are in good shape as well. I had the Frames powder coated and the springs painted silver. They may fit 68 on but these have no locking latch.

All they need are the padding recommend horse hair wolfs burg west and some sweet covers and you are set. They were inside my 59 project bug and ended up not fitting fit my car. These are powder coated Rear Seat Frames for a bug.
