There is some slight rust on a buckle but both retractors still work. No reserve. Very hard to find part for a collector car finally getting its due.

New old stock Gm LHS front seat belt shoulder harness assembly in black I could find Chevrolet, Buick and old's parts books for x body 1974 cars - maybe function other years model's, but am not sure about that.
