Details:

All parts are present for the horn to operate. This was epoxy primed and ready for paint but I recommend fixing the 2 cracks first. Since that time, 2 cracks have developed, one at the back of a paint divider ring and hairline crack on top center.

Divider rings are in the bag. Up for sale is this original Gm steering wheel from a 1963 Chevy Impala that was restored many years ago but never used. Its been in storage for quite some time. It has pitting on the horn ring.

That crack disappeared after bringing it in doors but should be looked into as will probably open up in cold weather.
