Details:

The instruction sheet says it was for 1959 and 60 front seat cushion in lark model's it is possible this same seat was used in champ cab pickups. This kit has 4 springs and clips to install them also has instruction sheet. The package was open when I got it so I don't know if there was more to it or not.

The padded envelope was in rough shape so I cut off the parts label and discarded it.
